Kate gets a Big Girl carseat!

Kate has just about grown out of her bucket seat infant carrier so I thought it was high time for a new one. We got it today while in Montgomery. Those infant seats are so compact that she would also get so hot to the point of sweating even with the AC blowing on her. That, she probably gets from her Papa and big brother Will. They sweat when it is 30 degrees outside! Anyway, I put her in it to try it out and she loved it. It is a Britax Marathon, the best on the market, in the Mariposa pattern. Finally, I got to get a cute pattern. They never make anything cute for boys!! Have a great day!
Kate trying to figure out what all this is!!
Just being cute in her cute colorful carseat!

Big Boy Ben!

Today was Ben's 5 year check up with Dr. Wood. I made the mistake of telling him he had to get shots yesterday and he has been dreading it ever since. I told him if he did not get them he couldn't start Kindergarten. He said that was okay he didn't want to go to Kindergarten anyway!!! He had to get 4 shots and this little boy did not shed a tear!! The nurse, Christi, was awesome! I don't guess we have ever had her while getting shots with the other boys. She told Ben they were going to play a game. She told him that when she counted to 3 he was to take a deep breath and then blow, blow, blow to see if he could blow his sisters hair. He did it and didn't even say it hurt until the last one! I was so proud of him. He got the 5 year gift pack from Dr. Wood and then we went to Target. We got Indiana Jones for his kintendo (Nintendo DS) and Super Mario Brothers! That was great because it kept him occupied for the rest of our stops! Sorry no pictures though. I didn't think it would go that well so I didn't take my camera.

Drew finally has a loose tooth!!

Ever since Drew's friend Cole lost a tooth he has been asking when he was going to loose a tooth. I kept telling him I did not know when he was going to loose a tooth. Well, today that little stinker has been so good which is rare for him. He came to me and said "Mama, I think I have a loose tooth, it hurts" So I felt it to make him feel better and indeed it was loose!! You should have seen the smile on his face. He was so excited. He has been wiggling it all day today. He just came and told me it was time to come out. I told him it would be a few days and then I felt it. It won't be long. He is so ready to loose a tooth. He just got marshmallows out of the pantry to help his tooth!! He says he can't eat anything else!! GO figure! Check back in a couple of days and maybe the tooth will be gone!!

Guess who won the Birthday Cake?

Jason's grandmother loves to call our birthdays and anniversaries into the radio station. Today's winner, you guessed it Ben Reeves!!! He was so exited!! Drew has won 2 times and Will none! Jason and I won the rose one year on our anniversary! Here is Ben with his 2nd cake for his birthday, an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. We have one more cake to go!

Ben had a great time on his birthday today. He was the boss and Will and Drew did not like that idea. All he wanted to do this morning was play Indiana Jones on the Wii. That made Will and Drew mad because they wanted to play MarioKart and Ben doesn't like it as much because they beat him! But guess who ends up playing Indiana Jones because Ben can't do it all...Me!!! I am really starting to get addicted to it. There are just too many buttons to push. You know Super Nintendo didn't have that many buttons and it was just as fun!!! Anyway, it was finally lunch time and He got to pick where we ate. He picked my least favorite place - Buffalo Jacks. He likes it because you get to play video games at your table. But today when we got there...no games at any table. He was pretty bummed but he got to watch Nick so that was okay. We had haircuts today and his Neemama came to get him to take him to Wal-mart to pick out anything he wanted and the home body just wanted to come home. So she brought him home and she went. She bought him the Diego tree house thing, what he wanted. Then she and Papa were going to take him to eat dinner and he would not go so they took Will and Drew. He was so into all his new toys that he had 3 bites of cereal!! I asked him did he have a great birthday and he said "no, because I haven't gotten to eat birthday cake." So out came the ice cream cake and we sang for the 2nd time!! I am tired and I am going to bed. Have a great day!

Happy Birthday Ben!!

Five years ago today, July 28 at 12:05 pm baby Ben was born. Today he is 5. I can not even believe my baby boy is 5 years old and starting Kindergarten in 10 days. Ben was the best baby. When he was a baby I would put Will and Drew to bed and then I would give Ben his night time bottle. I would sit on the couch in the den to feed him and he would fall asleep. I would just sit and hold him while I watched my TV shows. The only TV show I really remember being into was Survivor. I think back then I watched 1 show every night of the week. He was so sweet and loved to cuddle with me. He is the most loving child. He was always a good baby. When he woke up in the morning he would just lie in his bed and play. He could stay in the baby bed for a while. When he wanted me to come get him he would start crying so that always let us have a little bit more sleep. Last night we celebrated early at Bibbie and Deeda's house. Will, Drew and I picked out a Power Ranger cake at Wal-mart. It really was good! He was most excited about his gift from Bibbie and Deeda - Indiana Jones and Mario Kart for the Wii! We will celebrate at least 2 more times. Today and August 2nd when we have his Birthday Party. Ben always reminds me he will always be my baby boy! We would also like to say Happy Birthday to Kristin Marron and Tracie Huner so Happy Birthday we hope it is a good one!!

Corn Chips - Yum, Yum

Today while we were at Bibbie's Lizzy was eating some Corn chips. Kate could not keep her eyes off of them so Lizzy stuck one to her mouth and she starting licking it. She loved the salt on them. She kept on until Lizzy would give her another one to lick on. It was so cute how she would stick her tongue out for it. Her is another video.

I feel like dancing!!

For all of you out there that keep telling me Kate is going to be a ball player, I believe that after you she these videos you will see that she is going to be a dancer!! This 8 1/2 month old can already keep time with the music!! Too cute! She is wearing her other Juicy dress Lizzy and Lacey brought her from New York. Watch the whole movie it takes her a minute before she starts dancing.

We have a tooth!!

Kate has been working on her bottom tooth for weeks. It has finally come through her gums today. When it grows a little more maybe I can get a picture! I can not believe she has a tooth already. She cut her tooth before all three of her brothers did. Will and Drew both cut their 1st tooth at 9 months and Ben at 10 months. This really means she is growing up. Since I do not have a picture showing her tooth here are some cute ones of her swimming today in her new float. She loved it. Her brothers and cousins could not keep their hands off her.
This is the new face Kate has started making since she has felt her new tooth!

Baseball for Beginners?!

Well, we survived Will's baseball tournament with 3 loses! Our team is really a good team but they are young. They still have a lot to learn. Plus, the tournament we played was a travel ball tournament and they play baseball year round. The team we played Friday night was from Tallahassee and they are booked to play baseball up until Christmas. I do love baseball and I love watching my boys play but, not that much. That team was good and we were able to hang with them. I think the score was 12-7. Now to tell you how in to playing ball these people were, we got to the field for our Saturday morning game and the team we played Friday was playing the Alex City team. We were playing the Alex City team next so we took the Tallahassee dugout. Not only did they have tents but they also had an industrial size fan that was plugged into the bathroom by an extension cord. They Alex City team had their "jam box" for music between innings. Tracie Huner and I did bring our tents. But as for s the other stuff, we have a lot to learn!! We of course lost against the Alex City team by the 10 run rule and our 2:00 game was against the one of the Dothan teams which had a girl on their team and she knock a ball all the way to the fence! They beat us my the 10 run rule too!! Needless to say, we have a lot a practicing to do if we play again. On top of loosing our boys had a great time and we did too! Will played 3rd base and made several good plays and some bad ones. This was the first experience he had with the opposing team talking to him while he is playing 3rd. He said he could not concentrate! We will have to work on that! Thanks again to our great coaches, Frank Scarbrough, Jeff Hollis, Wally Lowery,Chris Huner and Steve Barron. They took a lot of time to work with our sons and we really appreciate it! Maybe we will do better next time!!

On our way to Dothan Friday Will was so excited. He finally took a short nap right outside of Ozark!

Will's 2nd time up to bat he struck out. I think I made him nervous standing so close to him with my camera!

Prayer after the game. Thanking God the other team didn't send us to the slaughter house!!
Will playing 3rd base
Ben, Walker and Drew they didn't watch a minute of the game but they had a blast playing!
Kate was a real trooper. I had taken plenty for her to do. We had her excersaucer and a blanket with some toys. She had fun playing but the sweet little baby was hot just like the rest of us!
We spent the night Friday night, she and I slept in the same bed and she woke up twice and ate twice! She never wakes up and eats! Needless to say that made us both very tired. She was finally able to take a nap when we went to eat lunch between our Saturday games.

Getting Ready for School

The other day I saw the boys uniforms in my linen closet. I have totally forgotten about them. They were still in the bags from where I had bought them. This year is our schools first year to wear uniforms. I am really kind of excited about it because it will make it easier to get the boys ready in the morning. We have a choice of white, blue or orange shirts and blue or khaki shorts or pants. I bought their clothes back in May when we were at the beach so I hit the outlets and got some really good deals. We have a closet full of orange shirts so I didn't buy any of those. Today, I thought I should get them out and make sure I had enough and the right sizes. Of course I had to get Will some more shorts and luckily I was able to get some on sale at Gap.com. They all fit except for one of Will's pair. It had to be missized. The boys are not so excited about it and wanted to know who's idea it was to wear uniforms. Then I told them they had to tuck their shirts in. That made them even more mad! Anyway, they will get over it!!

Friday night Will begins his tournament. Our team plays at 8PM in Dothan. We will play again at 11AM on Saturday and then we have a heat break. At that point the tournament officials will cede the teams and the actual tournament will begin at 2PM. It is double elimination. I usually do not pray over ballgames but I am for this one and I ask that you do too. I do not want to pray that we win however, it will be nice if we do, but I do ask that you pray that the boys play their hardest and not get down if we do not win or play our best. Most of the teams playing in this tournament are travel ball teams which means they are probably much better than we are. I also pray that if we loose all of our games that our boys do not get discouraged about their ability to play baseball. All of our boys are really good but most of them are only 7 years old. This is an 8 and under tournament but I am expecting these other teams to be mostly 8 years old. I will let you know how it goes. Have a good weekend!

Time to lower the baby bed!

It seems just like yesterday that I was putting Kate's bed together. It has probably been about 10 months ago to be exact. Today, I had to lower her bed. Kate is just like her brothers when it comes to milestones. One day she can't do it and the next she can. I learned with Drew that if you want to sleep at night not to turn up the volume on the monitor and that is why I love me video monitor. Her room is right next to mine so I can hear her pretty good. If I think I hear her I just look at the monitor. Every morning here lately when I hear her I look at the monitor and she is trying her hardest to pull up on the bumper pads. My greatest fear is that I am sleeping so hard that I do not hear her and she is standing up in her bed and falls out. That is why today her mattress was lowered. She sat so sweet with her big giant frog that Lacey gave her. It was in Lacey's room when she was a baby. The lowering of the mattress was not the hard part. It was the bed skirt. Why someone hasn't come up with a bed skirt pattern that is adjustable I will never know. It is perfect when your bed is as high is it can be but when you lower the mattress the bedskirt is too long. I took it off, laid it out on my floor and with safety pins I pinned it up so it would look somewhat decent. If you come in her room it looks good but if you looked at the back or the side next to the chair it does not look so great. I finally got the bed all put back together and I hope that it won't have to be done again until she needs her toddler bed. I just can't believe she is that old.

The Weekend

Well, Friday morning I woke up and decided we were going to the beach for the weekend. It was our last free weekend to go before school starts. It was me and the kids, Jason had to work but Mom, Dad, Elizabeth, Brett, Lacey, Walker and Lacey's friend Natalie were all there too. We had a great time and brave Elizabeth took all six kids to Waterville Saturday. They said they had a blast and I believe they did they were gone from 11:00 until about 4:00. I must say Lizzy is a much better aunt than I am. I could not do it by myself! Thanks Lizzy! I am sorry, I did not take any pictures.

Last night Drew spent the night with Neemama and Papa (Jason's mom and dad) and this morning he popped out of bed at 5am to go to the farm with Papa. They fed the hogs and cut grass and all that kind of stuff. He was literally in HOG HEAVEN!! He got back to their house and fell fast asleep! He went back again this afternoon with Amy. I think he would rather go up there everyday than be here! He loves it!

This afternoon I was nearly in tears. We went to Wal-mart to buy every one's school supplies. I remember as a little girl how much I loved to go buy my new school supplies. That really was the only thing I loved about school. Anyway, when we get home from buying our supplies, we get it all out and label it. Then we get it all packed up and ready for school. Ben was so excited about getting his stuff out. I showed him his tote bag that I had had for months. It is from Pottery Barn Kids and it has sharks on it and has a matching lunch box. You would have thought it was Christmas morning. He could not wait to get all his things in his bag. We sat on the floor and he helped me label everything and he put it all in his school box. I was nearly in tears watching him put all his things up and I told him I could not believe that he was going to Kindergarten. I told him I was going to cry like a baby on the first day. He told me, Mama, don't worry I will always be you baby boy. How sweet. I hope he does always remember that. It is a good thing that I have Kate. If not, next year would not be easy for me. I just have 5 years to prepare for Kate's first day of school. Now that is going to be bad!

Kate has learned some new things over the weekend since she turned 8 months old. She makes a noise that sounds like she is kissing you. She is also trying her hardest to move around on the floor. She can scoot on her bottom and move her legs to get to things that she can't reach. She also will roll over on her back and push herself with her feet across the floor. Last night she waved bye-bye while she was saying da-da, da-da! She was so proud of herself! I was too!!

Kate is 8 months old!

Can not believe that Kate is 8 months old today. It seems just like yesterday I was posting her at 7 months. The time has so flown by. Today, for her 8 month birthday as we call it, she was drug all over Montgomery. Ben's birthday is July 28 and he wants an Indiana Jones party. He can't ever choose something easy. Every year I get their cakes at Cake Designs in Montgomery because to me they are the best. They also decorate them really cute. I didn't figure they would have an Indiana Jones cake so I looked all day online yesterday for ideas. The only thing I could find was the cake topper that you would get on a Wal-Mart cake. This was the reason for the trip to Montgomery. I thought certainly I could find one of these at Hobby Lobby but no Indiana Jones stuff. I gave up and went straight to Target to just get a small toy. Their Indiana Jones stuff was slim but we found something small enough that would work. Our next reason to go to Montgomery was to buy new tennis shoes for school. I decided I was not waiting until the last minute like I did last year and it is a good thing I didn't. The new shoe to have here is the Under Armour one. We got the last 1 and 1 1/2 and Dick's Sporting Goods and they didn't have any style in Will's size. This always happens to him. He is really the only one that cares what style shoe he gets any way. The little boys just want what he gets. So here begins our trip around Montgomery. Our next stop was Hibbit's. They don't even sell Under Armour Tennis shoes and told me the reason was because they are not selling well. I was puzzled. Then we go to the Sport's Authority and thank goodness they had them. I was running out of ideas and we had to get to Cake Designs to order the cake. So, off to the cake store we go. I walked in with my Indiana Jones toy and asked her do something with it. And guess what she said...I just did the neatest Indiana Jones cake, here is a picture would you like this? I was thrilled. If I had only gone there first I would not have wasted so much time. I took the toy home and Ben is playing with it now. It was just me, the boys and Kate and all 4 of them were so good. Kate is such a trooper. She just goes with the flow! We got home at 4:30 just to get back in the car and drive to Enterprise to watch one of the Troy teams play in the State Tournament. They won in 4 innings by the 10 run rule. 11-1. Tomorrow they will play and hopefully bring home the championship. I guess you can tell by now we like baseball. Will's Practice game was not so good. Well, it was good but our boys got beat. But man they played a great game especially good since the team we were playing is the 8-9 year old tournament team. Our boys are 7 and 8. You think that it does not make that much of a difference but it does. I can see our team that good this time next year. I think our team learned a lot and had fun too. Will is playing 3rd base for the tournament team and bats 7th. He struck out 2 times last night but got an awesome hit at is last at bat. It went way into the outfield. I was so glad. I knew if he didn't get a hit it was not going to be good. He also made several good plays at 3rd. We will start back practicing next week and play in a tournament in Dothan on the 25th. Well, I guess I am done now. This short post about my sweet baby girl being 8 months old turned into a really long post about everything. Sorry!

Friendly Fighting!

Today has been a Wii day. I think we have played every game we know how to play. I beat Will twice in baseball but he whipped me in golf and tennis. Drew and Ben like boxing and it is totally hilarious! I was finally able to sneak a video of them. You will notice late in the clip where Drew notices me and backs out of the video. The funniest thins is when they get knocked down and have to "shake it up"! Maybe I can get another video later. Will has a practice game tonight and he is oh so excited. He dressed himself and has been ready for an hour and he doesn't have to be there until 6:00. We are playing the 8 year old tournament team so maybe we will play good. Will said he didn't care if they won or lost just as long as they played their best! I hope he remembers that if we lose! Enjoy the video.

Bird Update!!

I have been worried to death about Mama Bird since our ordeal Sunday night. I was worried we had hurt her and worried that she would not come back to the nest. Well, this morning I opened the front door and away she flew!! Thank the Lord!! Maybe soon I can share some pictures of the babies!!

Bird on the loose!!

This first started Sunday morning when I was meeting Richelle up the street to get some of Press' birthday cake. I have this flower arrangement that hangs on my door and when you open the door to walk out the arrangement is right at your head. Well, out the door I go and just about had a heart attack. A bird flew out of the flower arrangement and inch from my face and nearly scared me to death. I really kind of forgot about it and went on with my day. Drew had his friend Joel over to play that afternoon and when his mom came to get him I opened the door to let her in and guess what flew in my house...yes the bird. We have had lizards get in and I can get those, I do not like them but I have learned how to catch them we have so many. The bird was a job for the Daddy. I got him up and told him there was a bird in the house. At that point the bird was in the living room. Jason got the broom. While he was getting the broom, me and Ashley walked on back to the playroom to get Joel. As we were walking to the front door here comes the bird and it landed on the door frame of the laundry room. I went to close the doors of my room, Kate's room and her bathroom and told the boys to close there doors. By then the bird was in the kitchen and Ashley's oldest son Luke came in to use the bathroom. Finally, after the bird had come to the dining room and back to the kitchen he finally flew into the floor by the front door and Luke slid in and got his shirt over the bird and pushed it out the door. Thank God For Luke. Too much excitement for 10:00 at night. After the Tate's left I took the flower arrangement down off the door to find a small nest inside. And guess what is inside the nest, bird eggs!!! We moved the flower arrangement over and hung it on another hook just so maybe the bird won't come in the house again. Hopefully momma bird can find her eggs. I have got to get better about having my camera ready for these spur of the moment happenings. Here are some pictures this morning I took. Maybe we won't have much more excitement for the day today. I just do not think I can handle it.

Happy Birthday Mom!!

Today is my mother's birthday. I am not going to tell you how old she is because to tell you the truth, I really do not know! It doesn't really matter though just being able to celebrate it is okay with me! We had a good day with her up until I had to bring the boys home because they started being so bad. We went back for dinner and spent a little more time with her. It was just another day since we are so blessed to live 1 mile from her and see her nearly everyday. Family is so very special to us. I thank God everyday that we are in town with them and that my children are able to have a close relationship with my mom and dad as well as Jason's parents and grandparents. It is so rare this day. Some of my fondest memories as a child we spent with my grandmother and I feel so lucky that my children will have the same! My mom is the best mom ever! She always has been and always will be. I Love you Mom!! Thanks for always being there for me and my children. We appreciate all you do for us!!
I of course waited to the last minute to get her gift. This morning me, Kate and the boys set out to find something for the woman that has everything or if she doesn't have it she goes and buys it for herself. She makes it very hard to buy her gifts. Our first stop was Terra Cotta. It is the perfect place to find a gift for that person you think has everything. I love it and I do not even work in the yard or even have a nice one. That is what is nice about that store. They have everything! Well as soon as we walked out the back door I saw what I wanted. I just had to find 2 more. And it was my lucky day because they had them. The boys picked out their own flower pot to go in them so they were personalized by each one! Anyway, me and the boys were really proud of our gift. I know she liked it. I hope you had a wonderful day! We love you to the moon and back!! Elly, Jason, Kate and the Boys

Thanks Lacey and Lizzy!

My sister and niece just got back from New York a week ago. They were gone for 10 days which was way too long. We were all so glad when they got home. While they were nervous about the flight I was just nervous about them walking the streets in New York City. Thankfully nothing happened to them and they made it home safe and sound. The boys were most excited they they brought surprises. Posted is a picture of the boys sporting their NYPD t-shirts and Kate is styling her very first "Juicy" outfit.
The bloomers even say "Juicy" on the bottom! Jason was a little sceptical when he saw them. I do not think he knew that Juicy was the brand and that it did not mean she was Juicy!! But really if you look at her fat little legs she is Juicy!! They brought back lots of other stuff and they loved every bit of it. Kate also got her first pair of True Religion jeans. I do not even have any of those. They probably don't make them big enough for my fat self. (By the way, while watching the Today Show this morning Will told me I needed and ambush makeover from Kathie Lee and Hoda!)I got a nice bracelet with initial charms for each one of my children. The jewelry designer is Diana Warner. She made it just for me! Any way check out her website at www.dianawarnerstudio.com. She really has beautiful things.
They also brought Mom one with all the grandchildren's initials on it. She (the designer) told Elizabeth the trend for now is mixing gold and silver together so that is what Mom got. It is very pretty. Hope all is well.

Finally enough hair for a hairbow!

Kate had so much hair when she was born and day by day it came out. Her hair finally started growing back and I believe she is going to blonde like her big brother Ben. Mom and I found the most adorable store in Gulf Shores called Mudpuddles. It is in the shopping center with Target. But anyway, they had the very tiny bows. I had to get a couple. We tried them on her that day and she really didn't have enough hair but tonight when I got her up from eating I wiped her head because she had gotten food in it. It was sticking up so I thought I would try and see it I could get a bow in it. Since it was sticking up I thought I could do a Pebbles style just playing around but she would not be still enough. So, I finally just laid her down and put it in. I know some of you are looking at her thinking she looks ridiculous but I thought she looked very cute! She never even knew it was there!! I am hoping this means she will like them because once again I love hair bows in little girls hair! On another note, Will's baseball tournament got canceled. It is a long story but we are hoping we will get to play in one in Dothan the last weekend in July. Our great coach Frank Scarbough is going to try and get 2 practice games together for us to play since our boys have worked so hard. Will was devastated when I told him. Anyway, if he doesn't get to play the practices have been great! Frank and the other coaches have been such good role models for these boys. They are positive, encouraging level headed men. On Wednesday nights Frank would do a 10 minute or so devotion. If Will gets nothing out of this experience I hope he always remembers what Frank taught them during devotion time. It means so much as a parent for him to take 10 minutes with these children and teach them about God when he could have just been done with practice and gone home. We need more coaches like this! Thanks Frank, Chris, Wally, Steve and Jeff.

Bathing Beauty

You know I love swimsuits and I occasionally look at swimsuit catalogs and wish I looked good in all of them but at 35 and 4 kids I have a way to go! So, since I can't buy for myself I buy for Kate. Plus after buying boys swimsuits for the last 7 years I think I deserve it! (Boys bathing suits are always the same!!) Plus, I really didn't buy them all and I only paid full price for 2 of them. She actually has one more but I do not think I have a picture of her in it. It was on sale too! I know I should be ashamed of myself but I am having a good time so I am going to enjoy it!
This was Kate's 1st swimsuit. It was a gift from Carla Telfair and Leah Dickens right after we found out she was a girl!
This one was given to Kate by Mrs. Misty.
This one I bought. She is too cute in it!
This one I bought before she was born. It was 50% off. Who can resist a sale?
This one I bought too. Actually I went not planning on buying but I had to try it for size and it was so cute on her she just had to have it. Plus, It was not pink and every other swimsuit is!!
This is another swimsuit I bought on sale. You can't pass up Kate Mack on sale!!

Our Last Day and The Jellyfish strike again!

On Saturday Will wanted Deeda to take us to an island by boat so we could swim. So since he had not been there all week, off we went! Drew and Ben wanted to just go to a sandbar and Will of course wanted to go to an island so on the point of Ono Island we found a sandbar between 2 smaller islands so we made our own island a pulled up on it. We named it the "Terrible Three". It was just our family. Brett, Walker and Bibbie went back to welcome Lizzy and Lacey home from NYC. Which by the way they got home safe and sound and we are so glad! 10 days was way too long. Anyway, I put Kate on the sand just as some small waves could hit her feet. I thought she would like it but she did not. I am not sure if it was the sand or the waves.
Once I picked her up and she was fine.
The boys on the other hand had a blast. Their daddy got in the water with them and played.

It has been a long time since he was able to do that.

After Jason got out, the boys were just enjoying being in some nice water and jumping waves when all of a sudden Will jumped and starting screaming that he was itching all over. The jellyfish strikes again. Out with the ammonia bottle again.
After that no one wanted to get back in the water. Will would not even get back in the water to swim 2 feet to the latter. It took me, Jason and Amy to pull him in the boat. We took a pleasure ride back to the house and Kate, Jason and Deeda got a nap. I starting cleaning and Amy and the kids watch Ratatouille. Deeda took us to Geno's for dinner and it was soooo good. Deeda normally does not take us out to eat because the boys act like children and not adults and he doesn't like that. They were very good so maybe Deeda will take us out again!! If you are ever in Orange Beach you must eat at Geno's. It is by far the best restaurant in town. They have sushi if you like that. Jason says it is the best. And he eats it everywhere we go. The crab cake is by far the best in my opinion. I eat those everywhere we go too so I think I should know!!! Deeda's volcano roll was served with seaweed salad and guess who eats that and loves it. Ben!! He first had it at Disney World when he was 2. By the way Deeda, Thanks for dinner we enjoyed it very much!!After, our yummy dinner we took the boys to play putt putt. We did not keep score but if we had Jason would have won! We had a great time on our last day at the beach!

Time for Putt Putt at Adventure Island

Drew is first

Then It's Will's turn
Jason making one of his many Holes in one!
Ben gets his turn!
Only our Aunt Amy wears 3in heels to play putt putt. (She did not know we were going. It was a last minute decision since the boys were so good at dinner!)
Kate and I just watched.

Something about volcanoes on this trip. This one would make loud noises and blow fire from the top like it was erupting. It was cool. I had to take a picture of the boys standing in front of it.
